Tabatha

This young mum is Tabatha. She is approximately 2/3 years old. She gave birth to her last litter some months ago. The kids have now left the rescue and she is looking to be able to put her paws up and start living a quiet, well deserved life.

She will be ideally suited to a cat savvy household, preferably with no young children, who can anticipate her needs and allow her to enjoy her life with plenty of play and fussing. If possible, access to a safe outdoor environment.
She is used to other cats but it is unknown about dogs.

She will be spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She has also had flea and worming treatments.

Unfortunately requests from the Torrisholme / Poulton / town centre area of Morecambe cannot be considered.

Cookie

Cookie is one of our mums who is waiting to get her paws up and relax. She still has two of her very boisterous kittens with her who are now 12 weeks old.

Cookie is approximately 2/3 years. She came into the rescue with her kittens. She has been a good mum protecting and rearing her kittens but has been very shy. Her fosterer has done sterling work bringing her out of her shell.
She requires a cat savvy home where the new adopters can appreciate her needs and continue to bring her out of her shell, preferably a home with no young children. She has been with other cats but not dogs.

She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and had flea and worming treatments applied.

Her two boys are also ready to go ideally together.
They are up to date with vaccinations, microchipped and flea and worming treatments.

Poppy

Lovely Poppy is 13 years old. She came into Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue when her owner passed away and is now looking for a home to be able to enjoy life again.
Her fosterer describes her as very friendly and dribbles with pleasure when stroked. She was used to being an outdoor cat but has settled in the fosterer’s pen. She has lived with another cat. She would suit an older person household or a household with no children.
We’re not sure about dogs.
She has started her vaccination course, is microchipped and had flea and worming treatments.

Unfortunately requests from the Bare or Little Asda area cannot be considered.

Lena

Lena is looking for her new home. She came into the care of Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue through no fault of her own.
She is approximately 5 years old. Initially she was very shy but has been coming out of her shell.
She enjoys a stroke and a fuss but are still very reserved.
She would benefit from a cat savvy home with no young children or other animals who can help her to overcome their shyness with play and stimulation.

She has been microchipped, spayed and will be up to date with their vaccinations. as well as flea and worming treatments.

Cleo

Cleo is two / three years old. Cleo hasn’t had the best start in life. She came into Lancaster and Morecambe Cat Rescue having been a farm cat. She is known to have had several litters of kittens due to her not being spayed. As you can see by her photo she will be able to begin her new cat life free from having any further pregnancies.
Her fosterer says “she is friendly but a little subdued but with the right cat savvy person she will be able to start to enjoy life. She is wary of other cats but she has had her latest litter to protect. She is ok with dogs”

Cleo will need a household who can give her the time and patience required to bring her out of her shell. Probably not with very young children.
She has been spayed, will be microchipped and started her vaccination programme plus flea and worming treatments.
